Sessions are offered weekends only with current openings on both Saturday and Sunday morning. Rate for 50 minutes is $150, regardless of how many members of the family attend.
Seeing individuals and couples, I focus my work on relationships: relationships of your thoughts to your actions, relationships between people, and relationships between lived experiences and meanings made from those experiences. I practice from a nonpathologizing point of view and integrate your context (social identity, family, work, school, spirituality, social circle, upbringing, etc.) into my conceptualization and treatment of what brings you to therapy.
I see clients within a wide scope including anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns, behavioral issues, coping skills, infidelity, divorce, parenting, suicidal ideation, trauma, and concerns relating to the LGBTQ+ and poly communities.
I specialize in couples counseling and women’s issues with additional certifications in treating trauma.
